We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items, including dresses, accessories, or related products. We encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly, verify sizes, colors, and styles, and ask questions prior to completing a purchase.
2. Exceptions for Defects or Errors

We reserve the right to address such issues on a case-by-case basis and may require photo/video evidence.
